Hijiriyama Panorama
Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture
聖山パノラマスキー場 長野県長野市
Hijiriyama Panorama was a ski area located on the northern slopes of Hijiriyama in what used to be Ooka Village to the south of central area of Nagano City. It opened in 1966 with one pair lift as Hijirogaoka, changing the name to Hijiriyama Panorama in the late 1990's when a second lift and hotel were built. On a clear day there were some wonderful views of the northern alps to enjoy.…. at this self-proclaimed 'least busy ski hill'!
